            By downloading, installing, or using Fliqer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of
                Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
        

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fliqer mobile application ("App") developed by Egor Sazanov ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Fliqer is a professional iOS application that allows users to:

Browse videos from their photo library
Extract individual frames from videos with high precision
Apply AI enhancements to extracted frames (normal enhancement, blur fix, noise clean)
Save extracted frames in multiple formats (JPG, PNG, HEIC)
Choose save location (dedicated Fliqer album or directly to Recents)
Manage frame extraction credits and subscriptions
Sync credits and account across devices using Apple Sign In (optional)

Important: All video processing and frame extraction happens locally on your device. Your videos and extracted frames never leave your iPhone.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Fliqer remain the exclusive property of Egor Sazanov.

12. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Fliqer is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss or other technical issues.
