1. Scope
These terms govern Fliqer and fliqer.app, operated by Egor Sazanov. By using the service you accept these terms and should read the Privacy Policy. The App Store license terms and mandatory consumer rights also apply. Feature availability depends on app version, device, media and service availability.
2. Processing and your content
Fliqer extracts and enhances video frames locally and can suggest frames with Best Shots. Suggestions and improvements are not guaranteed; you choose what to save. You keep your rights to your media and are responsible for having permission to process or share it. Keep backups of important originals. Learning-data sharing is optional and governed by the Privacy Policy; buying Pro does not require it.
3. Free saves and Pro
In the updated app, Free includes 10 saved frames per calendar month; unused saves do not roll over. Pro removes this monthly save limit while access is active. Running Best Shots does not itself spend saves. A selection exceeding the available allowance requires changing the selection or obtaining Pro; it is not permission for us to choose a smaller subset for you. Device/storage limits still apply. The in-app purchase screen shows the offer available for your version.
4. Pass, subscriptions and refunds
The 7-Day Pass is a paid, non-renewing purchase for seven days of Pro. It is not a free trial. Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account before renewal. Apple displays the local price, currency and purchase conditions before confirmation and handles billing. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings; deleting Fliqer does not cancel them. Use Restore Purchases for eligible purchases. Refund requests are handled by Apple, subject to applicable law.
5. Earlier purchases
Older app versions may use credit-based plans or packs. This update does not retroactively cancel rights from purchases already made. Their purchase terms and any disclosed migration offer remain relevant; contact support if an earlier purchase or remaining balance is not recognized. The new Free allowance is not a statement that previously purchased credits have expired.
6. Fair use and responsibility
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, bypass purchase/usage controls or abuse referrals. Fliqer software and branding belong to their respective rights holders. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a particular result. Nothing here excludes non-waivable warranties, remedies or liability.
7. Changes and contact
Updates may change features; material terms changes will be dated on this page and communicated where required. They do not remove mandatory consumer rights or paid rights retroactively. Questions about access, previous purchases or these terms: support@fliqer.app.
