1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fliqer mobile application ("App") developed by Egor Sazanov ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Fliqer is a professional iOS application that allows users to:

• Browse videos from their photo library
• Extract individual frames from videos with high precision
• Use Smart Extraction to automatically find the best frames (Auto, Face Priority, Action Moment modes)
• Apply AI enhancements to extracted frames (normal enhancement, noise clean)
• Save extracted frames in multiple formats (JPG, PNG, HEIC)
• Choose save location (dedicated Fliqer album or directly to Recents)
• Manage frame extraction credits and subscriptions
• Sync credits and account across devices using Apple Sign In (optional)

Important: All video processing and frame extraction happens locally on your device. Your videos and extracted frames never leave your iPhone.

9. Intellectual Property
