Fliqer is committed to protecting your privacy. We process video content locally
on your device and never upload your videos.

2. Data Collection
Information You Provide
- Account Identifier: We use a pseudonymous identifier
(`user_[UUID]@fliq.app` or your Apple ID email if you sign in) for account management and credit synchronization across devices.
- Email Address: If you sign in with Apple Sign In, we may receive your email address (or a proxy email if you choose to hide it). This is used only for account management and support.
- Support Info: If you email us, we use your email only to reply.
Information We Collect Automatically
- Analytics Events: We collect usage analytics to improve the app, including:
- App usage events (app opened, screen views, button taps)
- Frame extraction events (number of frames extracted, export format)
- AI enhancement usage (preset type: normal, blur fix, noise clean)
- Subscription and purchase events (plan type, purchase attempts, completions, failures)
- Credit system events (balance views, credit consumption, insufficient credits)
- Error events (for debugging and improvement)
This data is pseudonymous and not linked to your personal identity.
- Device Information: Platform (iOS), OS version, and app version for debugging and compatibility.
- Credit Balance: We track your credit balance and subscription plan to manage your account and sync across devices.
What We DO NOT Collect:
We do not access, store, or upload your video content or extracted frames. All
processing happens locally on your iPhone.
3. Data Usage
We use collected data to:
- Provide app functionality and sync your credits across devices
- Manage your credits, subscriptions, and account
- Fix bugs, improve performance, and enhance features
- Analyze usage patterns to understand how features are used and improve user experience
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store: For in-app purchases and subscription management. Apple processes payments and we receive transaction information.
- Apple Sign In: For optional account authentication and cross-device synchronization. Apple handles authentication and may share your email (or proxy email) with us if you choose to sign in.
We do not share data with advertisers, social networks, or data brokers. Analytics data is stored on our servers and used solely for app improvement.
